Health Assessment

This is at most a two hour session. In this time I go through a full range of static tests which give the underlying knowledge I need to create a programme for you. Then we progress on to more functional tests, such as range of motion and postural analysis etc. From these results we can set effective goals and make a training programme that will fit around your lifestyle and help you to progress at the rate that you are happy with.

On our first training session you may under go further fitness tests depending on your needs. This will enable me to build a detailed plan of action.
